Order Entry Specialist, Entry
Processes orders per procedure. Acts as a liaison between the customer, the territory sales person and the customer service specialist to promote smooth and efficient operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following: At least three years of customer service experience is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must have good communication skills, math skills and good analytical abilities. Proficiency in 10 key, Microsoft Windows, and basic computer skills is required. Prefer a candidate who can type 45 WPM and 8,000 KPH. Must be able to use all applicable office equipment. Will be required to sit and perform computer work for a minimum of 8 hours per day, frequently using hands, wrists and fingers due to typing and key strokes, writing and phone handling.
