The new contract starting on November 1, 2017 was awarded through a competitive solicitation process conducted by lead public agency, Prince William County Public Schools, VA. Participation in the U.S. Communities program is open to public entities nationwide – including school districts, colleges and universities, as well as city, county and state agencies – allowing you to purchase directly from Virco’s U.S. Communities contract without any additional bidding.
In order to purchase under the contract, you’ll need to register with U.S. Communities. It’s quick, easy and completely free. There are no fees, commitments or order minimums when you register. However, you must represent a public agency, educational institution or nonprofit.

Use the convenient search box and enter your state or county. Through our U.S. Communities contract, you get the convenience of easy, time-saving access to great prices for quality Virco furniture. What’s more, there’s no cost to you to participate in this program.
